Repointing bungalow front with bays
Stephen has done a great job re-pointing the front of our bungalow. It had been done about 6 years ago by another company and it was an awful mess. Stephen was able to clear out all the existing mortar, overcome some technical issues and did an excellent job replacing. He was deeply knowledgeable, professional, and very tidy. Despite a few delays due to rain, he did not rush to finish. Incredibly pleased with the work.

I was afraid the pointing on my house was going to cause a lot of disturbance for our neighbours and us. I asked for a quote from Stephen Bull, Arrowpoint Pointing and made a quick decision to ask him to go ahead with the work as I was impressed with his straightforward and polite manner. He made a very good job of the work with minimal fuss and his payment system was very fair which meant I never had to pay any money in advance of work done. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Stephen from Arrowpoint was great start to finish. Excellent quality of work and a great guy. He really cares about his work and it shows in the finished quality. Other people either never got back to me because it was not a straight forward job or were over priced. Not Stephen he was always on time, worked hard until the job was done and charged me a fair rate. Glad I've found him, will defo use again and can highly recommend him.

Professional yet friendly
Stephen and his assistant repointed the south and west facing walls of our two-storey brick-built 1960 house. He communicated well with us, arranged the scaffolding, prepared and repointed the walls and cleaned up afterwards. We were particularly pleased that he did his best to minimise damage to our lawn and the trees and shrubs growing up the walls. The brickwork now looks great. A big task completed very well.

I was the Residents Association Chairman at a block of flats in Southbourne, when major remedial brickwork - repointing and brick replacement - was needed to stop damage from rainwater ingress through the entire front elevation of our period building.

Really lovely job from arrowpoint brickrepointing. The transformation is amazing its revitalised the front and side of my tired looking brickwork, Stephen carefully removed and replaced the damaged bricks and repointed it all , I was really impressed with his mortar removal equipment, it was really good as it was attached to the dust extractor, the job was left really clean and tidy
